- With all accompanying accessories;
- Without signs of use, damage, or wear;
- Without damaged packaging or scratches;
- Sealed.

Devices:

- With the original label;
- With all accompanying accessories;
- With the original warranty certificate;
- Without visible signs of damage;
- Without unauthorized interventions or misuse contrary to the usage instructions provided with the products;
- Without damaged packaging, scratches, or mechanical/electrical shocks.

If the returned product was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned.
If you purchased multiple identical products and wish to return all of them, only one product may be unsealed; the others will be accepted only if they remain sealed (for products sealed by the manufacturer to protect the contents).
