Agreement to use the services of the online store www.globalfashion.md

This agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", is concluded between the online store www.globalfashion.md (Internet address www.globalfashion.md), hereinafter the "Online Store" and the user of the online store services, hereinafter the "Buyer", determining the conditions purchase of goods through the Site.

1. Terms and definitions

1.4. << Order >> - the decision of the Buyer to purchase goods issued in the online store.

1.5. << Buyer >> - a person who places an order for goods on the website www.globalfashion.md.

1.6. << Seller >> - “Corvan-S” SRL, is the owner of the www.globalfashion.md online store, which provides services for the selection and sale of goods, as well as the organization of delivery of goods to the buyer in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement and main provisions

2.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing the order. The Buyer confirms its acceptance of the conditions established by this Agreement by putting a mark in the column "I have read the Terms of the agreement and agree with the conditions" when placing an order through the site.

2.2. The subject of this Agreement is the sale and subsequent delivery to the Buyer of the Goods in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the prices indicated in the online store. The Agreement also provides for the Buyer to receive and pay for the delivered Goods.

2.3. The online store provides the Buyer with the opportunity to use their services on the terms that are the subject of this Agreement. The agreement establishes the procedure for the purchase of goods in the online store.

2.4. By placing an order for the delivery of goods in the online store, the buyer accepts all the conditions provided for in this Agreement. In the event of partial or complete disagreement with the terms of this Agreement, the Buyer agrees to refuse to purchase goods.

2.5. The seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, and therefore, the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.

3. Product Information

3.1. The goods are presented on the Site through photo samples owned by the online store.

3.2. Each sample photo is accompanied by textual information: article number, price and description of the goods.

3.3. At the request of the Buyer, the manager of the online store is obliged to provide (by phone or via e-mail) other information necessary and sufficient, from the point of view of the Buyer, for him to make a decision on the purchase of goods.

3.4. The price of goods indicated on the Website may be changed unilaterally by the online store.

3.5. In case of a change in the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store as soon as possible informs the Buyer (by phone or via e-mail) to receive confirmation or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered canceled.

4. The procedure for the acquisition of goods

4.1. The buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the Site. Each item can be ordered in any quantity. The order may be placed by the Buyer independently on the Site.

4.2. After placing the order, an invoice is sent to the Buyer's e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order, indicating the names of the selected goods and the total amount of the order, which is an integral part of this Agreement. Next, the manager of the online store contacts the Buyer (by phone or by e-mail) to receive an order confirmation and provide information on the expected date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer. The indicated date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods at the Seller’s warehouse and the time required to reorder the Goods.

4.3. In the absence of goods in the warehouse, the manager of the online store is obliged to inform the Buyer about this (by phone or by e-mail).

4.4. If there is no product, the Buyer has the right to replace it with another product or cancel the order.

4.5. The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before it is sent to the Buyer, notifying the Online Store in advance (by phone or by e-mail).

5. Confidentiality of information

5.1. The administration of the online store guarantees full confidentiality of information received from registered users.

5.2. All information that you provide during registration will be stored in a secure database. The online store guarantees complete confidentiality during the execution of the order, as well as the fact that customer information will be used only for the execution of an order.

5.3. We need your registration data solely so that our managers can contact you by phone, and the delivery service can deliver the goods you ordered to the right place on time.

5.4. The online store is obligated not to distribute or disclose to third parties personal data from the Buyer during registration, without the consent of the Buyer.

5.5. When processing the Buyer's data, the online store takes all necessary legal, technical and precautionary measures to protect such data from accidental or unlawful access to them.

6. Delivery and payment for the goods

6.1. Shipping costs and payment methods for purchased goods are indicated in the "Payment and delivery" section. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that he is notified of the terms of payment for the cost of the Goods and their delivery.

6.2. The buyer agrees to pay the cost of the goods, no later than the moment of its receipt.

7. Other conditions

7.1. In case of questions and complaints from the Buyer, he must contact the Seller using the contact information posted in the online store.

7.2. The parties will try to resolve all arising disputes through negotiations.

7.3. All textual information and graphic images in the online store are the property of the www.globalfashion.md online store. The site allows you to view and download information from our site solely for personal non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify the materials of the site, to distribute for public or commercial purposes. Any use of information on other sites or on computer networks is prohibited.

7.4. This Agreement should be considered as published on the Site

7.5. This agreement is an official document between the Seller and the Buyer. By agreeing, you agree to all of the points above.
