The next day I found that all the nails except for the pinky and index finger on one hand in the lamp dried, dried a minute each layer in the LED-lamp. Little finger and index finger did not dry, the coating was soft, moving. I dried additionally, kept 5 minutes. I encountered such a problem for the first time. From this follows the conclusion, you should not apply too thick a layer. My nails are soft, want to save time by applying in one layer base, (applied in one layer), not translucent, dense, does not bake. Thank you to the manufacturer for a good product. I will take into account for further properties of this base. P.S. my lamp is powerful, all LED elements are intact.
