It's a great base. It is moderately thick and not liquid. It doesn't drip, it's easy to apply. I'm a beginner, it wasn't hard to work with. It smells nice and it was given as a gift. The wearability is great, I recommend it. I will be ordering it in another color.

The base is horrible, it feels like it has expired. On the brush stretches like snot, not an even color, the shimmer did not see at all. On the nails, respectively, did not apply.
