It's not stiff at all, it doesn't stiffen or hold the arch. It's what a soft base isn't. I could bend a nail on my hand. Terrible, I waited so long for this particular shade. On the photo you can see how it can be bent

Hello! From your photo we can say for sure at least that the gel thickness is too high, because of which it may not have dried, which is why it bends. The substrate used also matters.
